This role can be based remotely anywhere in Brazil.

We partner with Fortune Global 100, Fortune 500, midmarket, public sector and government organizations to help them run, manage, support, customize, configure, connect, protect, monitor, and optimize enterprise applications and technology software.To learn more, please visit and connect with Rimini Street on X, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.ResponsibilitiesSolve complex customer issues using methodical troubleshooting based on expert knowledge of SAP applications functionality and technology.Work closely with customers daily to understand their needs, support business change, and deliver a consistently high-quality customer experience.Provide remote-based functional support & training for multiple SAP modules.Support client customizations, sharing implementation and best practices advice.Develop application break fixes for critical product defects.Create scripts to identify, analyze and correct data issues.Manage one or more key assigned accounts as a technical / functional advisor.Provide hands-on assistance using proprietary tools in a test environment or via remote client connectivity.Be a pro-active contributor to a support organization which is running 24x7x365, including working flexible hours, evenings, weekends and holidays and monitoring email outside standard hours.Collaborate with team members in a virtual environment to extend field experience to different client situations.Contribute to the development and management of knowledge-sharing methodologies, diagnostic tools, and processes to improve the client experience.Qualifications5+ years relevant SAP experience, particularly with SAP ABAP XI / PI / PO / GRC / Workflow TroubleshootingExperience with Brazil LocalizationExperience with SAP ABAP XI / PI / PO / GRC / Workflow5+ years direct end-user support in a corporate environmentTrack record in SAP implementation or upgrade projectsDeep working knowledge of supporting business processesAnalytical, logical problem resolution skillsSAP certification(s) preferredKnowledge of localizations : architecture, implementation and key functionalityExpertise with ECC and S / 4Hana including full life-cycle implementation, configuration and administrationKnowledge of maintenance / patching mechanics and SAP architectureDemonstrable history solving complex problems across multiple modulesPreferred QualificationsExtensive knowledge of multiple SAP modules across SAP releases (4.x & ECC) including module / business process proficiency, navigation, configuration, integration, and underlying technologyKnowledge of country-specific solutions is a plusConsulting background usefulExperience with localizations and global implementations is advantageousLanguage skills are a plusITIL CertificationAgile MethodologyEducationBachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experienceLanguageFluency in EnglishLocationBrazil, RemoteWhy Rimini Street?
