Intern, Sales Operations (Estágio)

This role will be based in São Paulo.

What the job entails:

As a Sales Operations Intern you will apply the knowledge and techniques learned in the classroom to real-world applications and you will gain professional experience that will help you transform and elevate your career trajectory.

Responsabilities:

• Participating in projects that deal with complex business problems and that combine strategy analytics and operations at a regional level

• Preparing documentation to implement and scale new processes and/or new systems/tools in partnership with other teams

• Daily collaboration with the Global Sales Operations team (US & Brazilbased) to support key Sales Planning processes

• Open to interns who are able to work for at least 1 year with availability to work 6 hours a day Monday to Friday (30 hours a week); hours will be adjustable based on your class schedule

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications:

• Enrolled and pursuing a Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Administration or similar courses with an analytical focus

• Fluency in English and Portuguese

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Office especially Excel

• Experience with AI tools (Claude Code Github Copilot)

• SQL
