We are looking for an experienced 12 years of expirence AWS Cloud Migration Architect – to design and lead the migration of applications and infrastructure into AWS cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AWS networking, cloud architecture, connectivity, security, and migration strategies.

The candidate will be responsible for architecting AWS accounts and migration solutions, ensuring secure, scalable, highly available, and well-connected cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect AWS environments to support application and infrastructure migrations.
• Design and implement AWS VPCs, subnets, route tables, Transit Gateway, and network connectivity.
• Develop secure and scalable cloud network architectures based on business and application requirements.
• Configure and optimize Security Groups, Network ACLs, routing, load balancing, and DNS.
• Design connectivity between AWS and on-premises environments using VPN, Direct Connect, and other hybrid connectivity solutions.
• Develop migration strategies, including rehost, replatform, refactor, and modernization approaches.
• Analyze existing application and network environments and identify migration dependencies.
• Design highly available and resilient AWS architectures across multiple Availability Zones and Regions where required.
• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, security, and network engineering teams throughout migration projects.
• Troubleshoot complex networking and connectivity issues during migration and post-migration activities.
• Establish cloud architecture standards, documentation, and best practices.
• Support security, compliance, performance, and cost optimization initiatives.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud architecture and migration.
• Extensive knowledge of AWS VPC, Transit Gateway, Route Tables, Security Groups, and NACLs.
• Experience with AWS Load Balancers, Route 53/DNS, VPN, and Direct Connect.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, and network security.
• Experience designing hybrid cloud and on-premises connectivity.
• Understanding of AWS security and identity services.
• Experience with infrastructure architecture and cloud migration methodologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
