API Solutions Engineer / Pre-Sales Engineer (Remote)

Their technology enables companies to dub, translate, and voice-over content at scale using AI - delivering authentic, natural-sounding audio across dozens of languages. The platform is API-first, working with global enterprise brands across e-commerce, logistics, and media.

About the Role:

We are seeking a technically adept API Solutions / Pre-Sales Engineer in Brazil to drive integration and close deals across global markets, with a focus on the expanding Brazilian region. Sitting between technical delivery and sales, you will run discovery, build proof-of-concept (POC) integrations, test API endpoints, and unblock prospective enterprise customers.

What You'll be Doing:

• Technical Pre-Sales & Onboarding: Lead discovery calls with technical and non-technical stakeholders, map client architecture, and run POC integrations from initial scoping to final sign-off.
• API & Workflow Integration: Support clients building on the platform API. Inspect documentation, test endpoints, and eliminate technical blockers across CRMs, delivery systems, and automations.
• AI-Assisted Prototyping: Use low-code tools and modern AI assistants (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT) to rapidly spin up lightweight demos and prototype workflows without needing production-grade code.
• Cross-Functional Bridge: Translate complex client requirements into clear technical briefs for internal Product and Engineering teams.

What Were Looking For:

• Experience: 3+ years in a technical client-facing role (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Integration Engineer, Pre-Sales Engineer) or a Software Developer looking to step into a client-facing position.
• API & Tech Fundamentals: Hands-on experience working with APIs (REST, Postman/cURL, Webhooks) and basic scripting/programming skills (JavaScript, Python).
• AI & Automation Tools: Familiarity with AI tools, prompt engineering, and low-code integration platforms (Zapier, Make, Stitch).
• CRM & RevOps Exposure: Exposure to CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Languages: Native/fluent Portuguese and business-fluent (written and spoken) English.
• Soft Skills: Strong consultative communication skills with the ability to manage your own pipeline in an autonomous, remote setup.
