Our plant located in Taubate is seeking a collaborative and results-oriented Finance Analyst to join our team. Responsibilities Develop and manage the plant's operational and strategic budgets, including P&L, balance sheet, and headcount planning, while monitoring performance and implementing corrective actions. Prepare business plans, support project reviews, and evaluate the financial viability of new investments and CAPEX. Analyze costs, margins, labor expenses, and fixed costs to ensure budget achievement and profitability targets. Ensure compliance with Group financial accounting, reporting standards, and cost center accounting requirements. Supervise monthly financial close activities and the plant accounting team in line with corporate deadlines. Manage customer pricing, financial reconciliations, and supplier price recovery processes. Drive initiatives to improve profitability and optimize working capital. Oversee tax, legal, banking, audit, and financing matters in coordination with Corporate Finance and Controlling. Implement and maintain Corporate Finance and Controlling standards across plant operations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, or Plant/Manufacturing Finance. Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis, controlling, accounting, and cost management. Understanding of manufacturing processes and business operations. Proficiency in SAP and financial systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
