About the Role
We are looking for a Databricks Platform Engineer to design and manage our Databricks platform, supporting data engineering, data science, and MLOps workflows. You will play a key role in ensuring the platform is scalable, reliable, and secure.
What You'll Do
- Design and manage the Databricks platform to support data engineering, data science, and MLOps workflows.
- Ensure the platform is scalable, reliable, and secure.
- Work across the dev, stage, and prod development lifecycle.
- Monitor Databricks compute and the overall platform from both a security and a cost-performance perspective.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Deep understanding of Databricks features and limitations.
- Hands-on experience with native Databricks functionalities, including Delta Live Tables (DLT), Workflows, and Unity Catalog.
- Proficiency in the dev, stage, and prod development lifecycle.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Experience using GitHub for version control.
- Experience monitoring Databricks compute and the platform from security and cost-performance perspectives.
- Cloud platform experience, with AWS preferred.
- English skills: professional.
