In our Internship Program, you begin your consulting career as part of an international team, working side by side with project managers and consultants on live client engagements. You'll have access to all the tools, guidance, and mentorship you need to do your job well. Your role will shift with each project, giving you the chance to help assess client needs, identify opportunities, and build deliverables at a level matched to your experience.

The program runs for one year, extendable to two, with the possibility of a permanent offer. It's multidisciplinary: you'll work on client projects, on technology and innovation initiatives, and on international projects¹.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze client company information including HR data, financial statements, marketing plans, production plans, and technology data; to support project planning

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to help solve client problems

• Prepare analyses and presentations for client communication

• Support business planning

• Contribute to the development of turnaround concepts

• Support internal company initiatives

• Contribute to other project workstreams as needed

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program at a leading university in the city of São Paulo, in the final two years of study, in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields

• Available for a hybrid work model at our São Paulo office, with occasional travel to client sites²

• Strong academic performance³

• Fluent English, written and spoken

• Strong numerical ability

• Sharp analytical reasoning and critical thinking

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

• Strong research and information-gathering skills

What Sets You Apart

• Experience with a junior enterprise, student organization, financial markets, or consulting

• International experience during your studies

• Strong written and verbal communication with teams and clients

• German or Spanish

The Selection Process

• First Conversation: A conversation with our HR team to get to know you and understand your motivation.

• Business Case Challenge: A take-home case to be completed over a weekend, designed to assess your analytical and problem-solving skills.

• On-Site Interview: A meeting at our São Paulo office with an Associate Partner, including a one-hour Excel skill assessment.

• Partner Interview: A final conversation with one of our partners.
