Responsibilities:
Lead the Netafim Ribeirão Preto plant assuming full accountability for site operations business performance people leadership safety quality customer satisfaction and financial results.
Drive the achievement of key business objectives including Safety Quality Delivery Cost Inventory Productivity Scrap and OEE.
Own the plants P&L OPEX and CAPEX budgets ensuring sustainable financial performance and cost optimization.
Develop and execute strategic plans to improve operational efficiency profitability and long-term competitiveness.
Lead coach and develop high-performing teams fostering a culture of accountability collaboration engagement safety and continuous improvement.
Champion Lean Manufacturing Operational Excellence automation and process optimization initiatives to maximize productivity and eliminate waste.
Partner closely with Supply Chain Engineering Quality Finance HR Procurement and Commercial teams to align operational priorities with business objectives.
Ensure compliance with all safety environmental quality and regulatory requirements while promoting a strong safety culture.
Drive talent development succession planning employee engagement and positive labor relations.
Represent the plant in executive reviews customer visits audits and strategic business initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Administration Operations Management or a related field.
MBA or postgraduate degree preferred.
Minimum 6 years of manufacturing leadership experience including significant experience in a Plant Manager Operations Manager or equivalent senior leadership role.
Proven track record of managing P&L responsibility and delivering operational financial and business results.
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Continuous Improvement Operational Excellence and Six Sigma methodologies.
Experience leading medium to large manufacturing operations preferably within industrial agricultural plastics irrigation or related sectors.
Demonstrated success in driving productivity improvements cost optimization quality enhancement and organizational transformation.
Strong leadership people development communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing OPEX and CAPEX budgets and leading strategic investment projects.
Solid understanding of safety environmental quality and regulatory compliance requirements.
Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing performance management tools.
Fluent Portuguese and advanced English required; Spanish is a plus.
Availability for domestic and international travel.
