Senior Accounting Analyst

Responsabilities

• Perform and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closing activities.
• Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with local accounting standards and company policies.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Support the preparation of management reports and financial analyses.
• Coordinate and monitor external audit processes, providing required documentation and explanations.
• Ensure compliance with tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements.
• Review accounting entries, accruals, provisions, and intercompany transactions.
• Collaborate with internal departments to improve accounting processes and internal controls.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting activities.
• Participate in finance projects, process improvements, and SAP system enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Solid experience in accounting, preferably in multinational companies.
• Strong knowledge of Brazilian accounting standards (CPC/BR GAAP); knowledge of IFRS is highly desirable.
• Experience with financial closing, reconciliations, audits, and financial reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus).
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced English proficiency to conversation.
