Customer Quality Engineer

We are looking for a Customer Quality Engineer to serve as the key quality liaison between our organization and customers ensuring rapid issue resolution driving continuous improvement and delivering world-class quality performance.

What Youll Do

• Act as the primary quality contact for customers managing complaints quality concerns and customer-specific requirements.

• Lead structured problem-solving activities driving root cause analysis and corrective actions to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.

• Monitor quality performance metrics and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction.
  
  What Were Looking For
  

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering with experience in Quality Engineering or Customer Quality within an automotive manufacturing environment.

  • Strong knowledge of problem-solving methodologies (8D PDCA Root Cause Analysis) and customer-specific quality requirements.

  • Experience interacting directly with customers and advanced English proficiency.
