Remote Customer Experience Coordinator

Position Overview We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Remote Customer Experience Coordinator to assist clients with planning and coordinating their travel experiences. You will communicate with clients, understand their needs and preferences, provide helpful information, coordinate travel-related services, and assist with updates or changes throughout the planning process. Key Responsibilities Communicate with clients through phone, email, and online messaging. Assist clients with travel-related questions, requests, and planning needs. Coordinate travel experiences, schedules, and service details based on client preferences. Provide accurate information regarding available options, requirements, and timelines. Assist with reservations, confirmations, updates, and changes. Maintain organized client information and service details. Follow up with clients to ensure requests are properly addressed. Help resolve questions or concerns in a professional and customer-focused manner. Coordinate with available travel and service providers when needed. Provide personalized support while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
