GitHub Migration Architect

We're looking for an Infrastructure Architect to drive end-to-end migration programs from Azure DevOps (ADO) to GitHub Enterprise Cloud. In this role, you'll collaborate with global teams, support multiple migration projects, and help organizations modernize their source code management and CI/CD environments.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in GitHub Enterprise, Azure DevOps, Git, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, and automation scripting.

Location: Brazil (Remote)

What You'll Do

✅ Lead end-to-end migrations from Azure DevOps to GitHub Enterprise Cloud

✅ Validate repositories, pull requests, metadata, and migration results

✅ Troubleshoot migration issues and provide technical resolutions

✅ Collaborate with development teams to ensure repository and CI/CD integrity after migration

✅ Automate validation and migration activities using scripting tools

✅ Work closely with stakeholders and GitHub support teams to resolve complex migration challenges

✅ Maintain migration documentation, checklists, and remediation plans

Required Skills

🔹 Strong expertise in Git and repository management

🔹 Hands-on experience with GitHub Enterprise Cloud

🔹 Deep knowledge of Azure DevOps

🔹 Experience with GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps Pipelines

🔹 GitHub CLI experience

🔹 Scripting skills using PowerShell, Python, or Bash

🔹 Experience working with APIs and automation

🔹 Ability to analyze migration logs and troubleshoot issues
