• Responsible for delivering Brazil's revenue targets.
• Develop the Brazilian market and expand the company's presence in the country.
• Develop and execute annual sales plans by distributor, territory, and product line.
• Lead high-value and strategic negotiations with distributors.
• Implement sales strategies through the distributor network.
• Drive value-based consultative selling, highlighting clinical outcomes, profitability, and ROI.
• Support distributors with business case tools, competitive positioning, and objection handling strategies.
• Manage the distributor network by monitoring revenue, product mix, sell-through, inventory, and market coverage KPIs.
• Conduct monthly business reviews, quarterly performance reviews, and annual planning sessions.
• Develop distributor capabilities through training programs, certifications, workshops, and seminars.
• Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
• Coordinate internal resources from Clinical, Applications, Marketing, Service, and Operations teams to support commercial results.
• Partner with Marketing and Clinical teams to develop go-to-market strategies.
• Monitor and report competitor activities, pricing trends, customer needs, and regulatory changes in Brazil.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Identify new business opportunities and build customer pipelines.
• Establish trusted relationships with distributors, physicians, clinics, and hospitals.
• Operate independently with a hands-on and market-building mindset.
• Influence, motivate, and develop distributor sales teams without direct management responsibility.
• Provide indirect sales leadership through the distributor network.
• Report directly to the LATAM Manager based in Barcelona.
• Hold full responsibility for the Brazilian market.
Requisitos e qualificações
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Biomedical Sciences, Physical Therapy, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related fields. An MBA or postgraduate qualification in Business Management, Sales, or Commercial Leadership will be considered a plus.
• Mandatory experience as a Sales Manager/Commercial Manager; coordinator-level professionals will not be considered.
• Minimum of managerial experience, depending on the candidate's overall professional background.
• Strong track record in sales and business development.
• Experience managing, developing, and supporting distributor networks.
• Commercial leadership experience, even without direct people management responsibilities.
• Proven ability to influence, develop, and drive results through business partners.
• Experience selling high-value capital medical equipment.
• Strong network with customers, distributors, and strategic partners.
• Experience within Medical Devices, Medical Aesthetics, or Capital Equipment industries.
• Knowledge of the Brazilian private healthcare market, including clinics, hospitals, and physicians.
• Fluent Portuguese and English are required.
• Spanish will be considered a strong advantage.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and market development expertise.
• Ability to work autonomously, proactively, and with an ownership mindset.
• Availability for frequent travel, estimated at approximately 50% of working time.
• Relevant advantage: experience with companies such as InMode, Cutera, Candela, Alma Lasers, or related medical aesthetics organizations.
