Internal Communication Specialist

Responsible for planning developing and implementing communication strategies directed at employees and external candidates. Plays a crucial role in promoting employee engagement disseminating important information and building a strong and cohesive organizational culture.

Development of creative internal communication strategies that drive employee engagement with the company

• Plan and create content aligned with employee engagement objectives and the companys Culture and Values.
• Content Production: Develop messages articles newsletters presentations and other communication materials for different internal channels.
• Develop content publishing and distribution processes adapting formats to internal digital communication channels based on content demand trends and best practices.
• Channel Management: Manage and optimize various internal communication channels such as intranet email bulletin boards applications and corporate internal social networks.
• Create and implement internal communication plans aligned with company objectives.
• Event Organization: Plan and coordinate internal events such as meetings workshops and corporate celebrations.
• Research and Analysis: Conduct surveys focus groups and other analyses to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies.
• CEO and Direct Reports Support: Assist executives and managers with internal communication events preparing messages and presentations.
• Change Management: Support organizational change processes through effective communication.
• Cultural Alignment: Promote and reinforce company culture and values through communication.
• Interdepartmental Integration: Facilitate communication between different company areas promoting collaboration and synergy particularly with the Marketing and External Communications department.
• Feedback and Continuous Improvement: Collect and analyze employee feedback to continuously improve communication strategies.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Journalism Marketing Public Relations or related fields
• Advanced or fluent English (mandatory)
• Minimum 5 years of work experience preferably in B2B companies or similar organizations in coordination and external communication management roles dealing with sustainability issues
• Experience developing internal communication programs and campaigns
• Ability to lead cross-functional topics and projects
• Experience in project management and leadership as well as event execution
• Ability to analyze results and implement measures to continuously improve metrics
• Editorial skills and experience as a content and storytelling developer
• Basic knowledge of photography and video production
• Technical knowledge: Proficiency in design tools video editing software and digital communication platforms
