This professional acts as a leader in the quality team implementing continuous improvements and conducting audits to ensure compliance with standards and ACTIVITIES Develop and implement quality control strategies to ensure compliance with internal and external standards. Perform quality audits identifying non-conformities and proposing corrective and preventive actions. Analyze quality data and generate reports for senior management presenting recommendations for improvements. Conduct training and workshops for staff on quality procedures and best practices. Collaborate with other areas of the company to integrate quality initiatives into production processes. Participate in the development and review of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality manuals. Monitor quality performance indicators and propose continuous improvement actions.
