Community Manager – RoboNeo Brazil

RoboNeo (https://www.roboneo.com/home) is landing in Brazil, and we're building a creator community that can turn AI-powered imagination into reality. As our Community Manager, you'll be the one finding brilliant creators, getting them hooked on our tools, and fueling a movement that drives real user growth. This isn't managing an existing group — you'll build it from scratch in one of the most explosive markets for generative AI video. You'll work closely with product, marketing, and growth teams across different countries, and pick up skills that are only going to get more valuable. What You'll Do:

· Scout and win over top AI creators across Brazil — identify talented voices, reach out, and get them excited about what RoboNeo can do;

· Own the relationship from first hello to long-term partnership — run interviews, onboard new creators, and keep the vibe strong with the people who matter most;

· Be the bridge between the community and our product — gather feedback, spot patterns, and help creators solve their real challenges with RoboNeo;

· Build and run training that actually helps — design educational flows, share pro tips, and level up the quality of content the community puts out;

· Keep a finger on the pulse with data — track community health every week, pull reports, and turn numbers into smarter moves that boost engagement.

Who You Are:

· You've got 1+ years of hands-on experience in community management, influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or something similar;

· Portuguese is your native language (or C1+) and you breathe Brazilian internet culture — you know where creators hang out, what formats fly, and what feels fake a mile away;

· You're genuinely curious about AI and content creation — you'd jump at the chance to geek out over new tools and become a product expert;

· You're a people person for real — you enjoy connecting with creators, reading what makes them tick, and building relationships that last beyond a DM;

· Numbers don't scare you — you're comfortable digging into metrics to see what's working, what's not, and turning those insights into action;

· You're a self-starter who builds things from zero — you don't wait for a manual, you figure it out and make it happen in a fast, scrappy environment.

Even Better If You...

· You've already worked with creator or UGC communities in video or photo content;

· You've played around with AI content generation tools and know what "good" looks like;

· English proficiency is a plus.
