About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead strategic programmes across enterprise architecture, technology modernisation, and digital transformation.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, connect business priorities with technology roadmaps, and provide the governance required to deliver complex initiatives successfully. The role offers significant exposure to Architecture, Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, Business, and Executive Leadership teams.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technology leader who can bring structure to complex programmes while maintaining a clear view of long-term business and architectural goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic projects and programmes related to enterprise architecture and technology;
Coordinate Architecture, Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, and Business teams;
Align technology investments with corporate objectives and architecture roadmaps;
Support application-modernisation and cloud-transformation initiatives;
Establish and maintain programme governance and strategic planning processes;
Manage budgets, resources, schedules, dependencies, risks, and delivery milestones;
Monitor programme progress and communicate outcomes to executive stakeholders;
Facilitate strategic decisions and resolve cross-functional delivery challenges;
Identify programme risks and coordinate mitigation plans;
Ensure transparency across priorities, dependencies, and resource allocation;
Promote collaboration between technology and business stakeholders;
Contribute to continuous improvement in governance and programme delivery.

Essential Requirements

Solid experience managing technology projects or programmes;
Experience leading initiatives related to enterprise architecture, technology strategy, or digital transformation;
Track record of coordinating complex, large-scale technology programmes;
Practical knowledge of governance, strategic planning, risk management, budgeting, and resource allocation;
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary technology and business teams;
Familiarity with application-modernisation or cloud-transformation initiatives;
Ability to connect business objectives with technology and architecture roadmaps;
Strong executive communication and stakeholder-management skills;
Advanced English for professional communication with global teams;
Strong organisation, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

These qualifications are valuable but not mandatory:

Experience in Financial Services;
Professional background in banking, fintech, insurance, Asset Management, or Wealth Management;
Previous experience with a global consulting organisation;
Experience working with international or geographically distributed teams;
Exposure to enterprise-architecture governance;
Participation in large-scale business or technology transformation programmes.
