Lead Counsel Commercial

Job Description Summary

We are seeking for a Lawyer supporting the commercial and strategic objectives of the business with 5-10 years of experience preferably in multinational Healthcare Medical Devices Life Sciences Pharmaceutical or other regulated industries with strong expertise in contract drafting negotiation risk assessment and business partnering.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to Private Customers R&D Marketing Real Estate and Indirect Channel Partner teams.
• Draft review negotiate and manage commercial technology marketing real estate and partnership agreements.
• Advise onhealthcare-related legal regulatory compliance and contractual matters.
• Support innovation projects technology collaborations marketing initiatives and operational activities.
• Assess and mitigate legal and commercial risks while supporting strategicobjectives.
• Support new business models and process improvement initiatives.
• Proactively partner with cross-functional teams to deliver practical legal solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Law degree and license to practice law (OAB).
• 5-10 years of legal experience preferably in multinational companies.
• Experience in commercial law contractdraftingand negotiation.
• Strong understanding of legal risk assessment contract management and compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Fluent English and Portuguese.
