Are you someone who enjoys making systems work better improving processes and helping service teams operate more effectively Were looking for anAnalyst II Serviceto support core service systems reporting and process improvement across a dynamic service environment.

This is a strong opportunity for someone who combinessystems thinking service operations support project coordination and data/reporting capabilityand who enjoys working across teams to improve how work gets done.

In this role a typical day will look like:

• Provide case management support for active service systems
• Deliver administrative support for data refresh activities in required systems
• Lead or support service-related software implementation and enhancement projects
• Produce reports for product quality departmental performance and day-to-day service operations
• Help develop implement and improve service software systems and processes
• Partner across teams to support operational effectiveness and continuous improvement

The essential requirements of the job include:

• BS/BA in Business Computer Science Management Information Systems or equivalent experience; willingness to pursue coursework is also considered
• At least3 years of experiencein a service or customer service systems support environment
• Administrator certificationor equivalent hands-on experience
• Experience with business software and process flows
• Fluency inEnglish and Portuguese plus someSpanish

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• ServiceMax Certified Administrator Ior equivalent experience
• Oracleexperience
• Exposure tolean toolsorchange management
