Controllership Analyst

About The RoleAs part of our Controllership team, you will : Actively participate in the accounting closing process, mainly analyzing costs & expenses, revenue, fixed assets, and other balance sheet areas;Explain and provide insights on variations in results and changes that occurred during the period;Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose corrective actions to ensure efficiency and accuracy;Ensure SOX compliance in accordance with established internal flows and controls;Support internal and external audit processes, preparing documentation and clarifications as needed;Collaborate and communicate with different internal areas to optimize processes and ensure alignment with global standards.Who You AreYou graduated in accounting, business administration, economics, production engineering, or related areas;You must be experienced at least 4-5 years in finance (including internship time);You must have initiative and proactivity, organization, good problem-solving ability, a teamwork spirit, and an interest in learning new tools;You might have international accounting standards knowledge;You might have international experience - is a differential;You must have Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets;You must be able to communicate in Advanced English (Spanish would be a differential);Having familiarity or interest in automation tools such as PowerBi or SQL is a plus.About VTEXVTEX (NYSE : VTEX) is the composable and complete commerce platform that delivers more efficiency and less maintenance to organizations seeking to make smarter IT investments and modernize their tech stack.
