What We're Looking For Minimum 5 years of professional experience in your discipline Startup experience strongly preferred — comfortable in a fast-moving, low-bureaucracy environment without a polished playbook Ability to operate autonomously and own work end to end Strong written and verbal English communication Based in Latin America with the ability to work core U.S. business hours Product company background preferred over agency or consulting work that rotates between client projects Nice to Have Experience at a company that scaled through an early growth stage (roughly $1M to $10M ARR) Fintech, SaaS, or AI/ML domain experience Prior experience as an early or founding technical hire How to Apply We will match you against current and upcoming openings and reach out when there is a fit.
