Human Resources Director

We are seeking an experienced Regional HR Director to join within a fast-paced industrial business. This is a high-impact role responsible for driving people strategy, organisational effectiveness, and operational excellence across multiple international markets.

This position is responsible for overseeing one manufacturing plant in São Paulo (around 250 employees) and commercial offices across Latin America.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with leadership to align people strategy with business goals, driving organisational performance and workforce planning.
• Lead initiatives across talent acquisition, succession planning, leadership development, and capability building to strengthen organisational growth.
• Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture while leading change management initiatives that support transformation and employee engagement.
• Manage employee and industrial relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, policies, and workplace standards.
• Oversee efficient HR operations, systems, and processes, continuously improving service delivery and operational effectiveness.

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience within complex, fast-paced organisations.
• Demonstrated success leading multifunctional and multicultural teams across diverse business environments.
• Experience within multi-site industrial or manufacturing environments and decentralised organisations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and partner effectively with senior leadership.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese (mandatory).
• Energetic, adaptable, and change-oriented mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
