Project Manager

Description

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team at Black Box. This professional will be responsible for planning coordinating and overseeing projects ensuring deadlines quality standards and alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering Information Technology or a related field;
• Postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management is a plus;
• Solid experience in project and portfolio management;
• Advanced knowledge of PMBOK Agile methodologies and project governance;
• Experience managing budgets risks and stakeholders;
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills;
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities;
• Strategic analytical and results-oriented mindset;
• PMP PMI-ACP Scrum or equivalent certifications are highly desirable;
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher;
• Spanish proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the project portfolio and define project management methodologies;
• Approve project scope budgets and ensure governance compliance;
• Manage stakeholders and represent the PMO across the organization;
• Ensure alignment between projects and corporate strategy;
• Lead mentor and develop project analysts and coordinators;
• Monitor project performance indicators and overall results;
• Ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and according to quality standards;
• Support the resolution of strategic risks and conflicts;
• Implement improvements to project management processes and tools;
• Report executive project results to senior leadership;
• Support project prioritization and resource allocation;
• Ensure methodological and documentation compliance across all projects.
