Mission

The AI Strategic Specialist is responsible for driving the adoption of Artificial Intelligence within specific industries by identifying strategic opportunities engaging executive stakeholders and accelerating the development of AI solutions. This role bridges business strategy and technical execution transforming customer challenges into scalable AI use cases that drive business value and cloud adoption.

This is a highly technical customer-facing role. The ideal candidate combines software engineering Al architecture solution consulting and business development. The expectation is not to be the deepest expert in every technology but to be able to independently design prototype demonstrate and scale enterprise Al solutions.

Responsibilities

Business Development & Customer Engagement

• Identify qualify and develop strategic AI opportunities within target accounts.
• Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and business leaders.
• Lead AI discovery workshops and executive presentations.
• Translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions.
• Connect Oracle partners and startup solutions with customer needs (Match Making).

AI Solution Design & Prototyping

• Design and rapidly develop AI Proof of Concepts (PoCs) MVPs and prototypes.
• Demonstrate AI solutions through live demos and customer workshops.
• Collaborate with Engineering to define scalable AI architectures and use cases.
• Document reusable solution patterns and industry accelerators.

AI Factory & Innovation

• Support the evolution of the AI Factory by defining methodologies reusable assets and best practices.
• Coordinate early-stage AI implementations and ensure successful customer adoption.
• Promote continuous innovation by identifying emerging AI technologies and industry trends.

Required Qualifications

AI & Software Engineering

Hands-on experience designing and building AI solutions using:

• Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Small Language Models (SLMs)
• Generative AI & Agentic AI
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• AI Agents & Multi-Agent Systems
• Computer Vision & Multimodal AI
• Prompt Engineering & AI Evaluation

• Context Engineering & Memory Architectures
• Agent Orchestration

Strong experience with:

• Balance scalability performance security and cost.

Communication & Consulting

• Advanced presentation and storytelling skills.
• Ability to communicate with both executive and technical audiences.
• Strong consulting mindset with the ability to identify business opportunities and translate them into AI solutions.
• Experience delivering workshops demos and customer-facing technical presentations.
