About Prestige Travel Agency by Mich

Prestige Travel Agency by Mich provides personalized travel planning services with a focus on exceptional customer care. We are seeking a professional and organized Client Coordinator to support client communications and ensure a seamless travel planning experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the travel planning process
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone email and chat
  • Coordinate client requests with internal team members
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation
  • Schedule consultations and follow-up appointments
  • Assist with travel-related administrative tasks and itinerary coordination
  • Monitor client communications and ensure timely follow-up
  • Resolve routine client concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout each client interaction

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Google Workspace and CRM software
  • Reliable internet connection and dedicated home workspace

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service client relations travel hospitality or administrative support
  • Experience with CRM platforms or client management systems
