Purpose: The Demand Planning Coordinator will coordinate regional forecasting activities for the LATAM Surgical business driving forecast accuracy demand visibility and alignment between Commercial and Supply Chain organizations. This role plays a critical part in IBP governance and business decision making.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate regional demand planning and forecasting processes across LATAM
• Facilitate monthly demand review and IBP routines
• Challenge assumptions and develop data-driven demand scenarios
• Analyze forecast performance and identify root causes for deviations
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for MAPE and forecast bias
• Collaborate with Commercial Marketing Finance and Supply Planning teams
• Support launch planning and portfolio management activities
• Develop dashboards and reporting for executive visibility
• Improve baseline forecasting models and event management processes

Job requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Economics Supply Chain or related fields
• 5 years of experience in Demand Planning or Forecasting
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience with statistical forecasting methodologies
• Advanced Excel and Power BI knowledge
• Experience with SAP/APO/IBP or equivalent planning systems
• Fluent English Spanish required and Portuguese
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities

Nice to have:

• APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP)
• Experience in MedTech Pharma Healthcare or FMCG industries
• Experience with advanced forecasting tools
• Knowledge of Python SQL or data analytics
• Experience with scenario planning and IBP transformations
