SAP Manufacturing Controlling Solutions Analyst
The role
Our client is a global organization seeking an SAP Manufacturing Controlling Solutions Analyst to join their corporate IT structure, specifically within the Finance and Controlling Solutions division. The successful candidate will play a critical role in governing the manufacturing controlling blueprint, providing robust support to both technical teams and regional business units across Latin America and globally. This position demands deep expertise in manufacturing finance, including product costing and project accounting, alongside a strong capacity to navigate cross-functional integrations with logistics and sales modules. As a key technical liaison, the professional will ensure alignment between business requirements and system capabilities, driving continuous improvement and standardization across the enterprise.
Key responsibilities
Solution Design and Governance
• Act as the primary technical authority for SAP manufacturing controlling solutions, overseeing integrations across finance, logistics, and sales domains.
• Steer the technical framework for project accounting (SAP PS) and resource-related billing functionalities.
• Formulate and maintain comprehensive blueprint documentation, encompassing process architectures and customization designs for new and existing initiatives.
• Ensure all system modifications and enhancements are rigorously documented and adhere to corporate governance standards.
Project Delivery and Cross-functional Collaboration
• Partner closely with global and local project teams to evaluate new business requirements, assessing solution viability and potential system impacts.
• Lead the creation, analysis, and execution of functional specifications and interface designs.
• Facilitate alignment between development teams, integration specialists, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Orchestrate and conduct workshops, demonstrations, and strategic meetings to support roll-out projects and continuous improvement efforts.
Knowledge Management and Support
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to standardize and optimize implemented processes.
• Develop comprehensive training materials and deliver enablement sessions to key users and end-users, ensuring high adoption rates prior to system go-lives.
• Mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative environment aimed at achieving collective organizational goals.
Qualifications & experience
Technical Expertise
• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in SAP Finance processes, with a strong focus on SAP FICO modules within a multinational corporate environment.
• In-depth knowledge of factory controlling principles, specifically Product Costing (CO-PC) and parts of the material ledger.
• Solid background in finance manufacturing, project accounting, and resource-related billing.
• Foundational understanding of SAP integration mechanisms, including IDOCs and cross-module connectivity (SD, MM).

Academic and Additional Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in general IT applications, including the MS Office suite.
• Advanced or fluent command of the English language, essential for global communication.
• Flexibility to accommodate different time zones and availability for occasional travel as required by project demands.
