The purpose

We are seeking an experienced Identity Governance Specialist with strong expertise in Saviynt development (coding), platform upgrades, and application onboarding. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions while ensuring scalability, security, and compliance across the enterprise. The candidate requires a good understanding of identity management as a business risk.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Support Saviynt IGA solutions aligned with organizational security and compliance requirements
• Lead and execute Saviynt platform upgrades, including:
o Version assessments and upgrade planning
o Impact analysis and remediation of custom code
o Post-upgrade validation and issue resolution
• Develop and maintain Saviynt custom code and configurations, including:
o REST and out-of-the-box connectors
o Rules, workflows, and provisioning policies
o Custom APIs, reports, and integrations
• Perform application onboarding into Saviynt for on-premises and cloud/SaaS applications, including:
o Account and entitlement aggregation
o Access request and approval workflows
o Automated provisioning and deprovisioning
o Role and birthright access modeling
• Implement and support identity lifecycle management (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) processes
• Configure and manage access certifications, SoD controls, and compliance reporting
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to connectors, workflows, provisioning, and upgrades
• Collaborate with application owners, infrastructure teams, and security stakeholders during onboarding and upgrades
• Support environment management across dev/test/prod and participate in release management activities
• Create and maintain technical documentation (Standard operating procedures, Knowledge base articles), upgrade runbooks, and application onboarding standards

Work model:

• Hybrid (2 days in the office / 3 days from home) in the following cities: Buenos Aires, Salta, Rio de Janeiro, Sao Paulo, Santiago, Bogota, CDMX, and Lima.
• Remote in all other cities within: Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru.

Mandatory Requirements (Must-Have)

1. Core IGA & Platform Expertise

• Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience with an Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solution, preferably Saviynt.

• Application Onboarding: Demonstrated experience onboarding applications into Saviynt.

• Lifecycle & Directory Integration: Experience integrating Saviynt with directories and identity sources (., Active Directory, Azure AD, HR systems, ERP, AWS).

• Upgrades & Maintenance: Proven experience performing IGA platform upgrades and managing version changes.
  

2. Technical & Development Skills

• Coding & Scripting: Strong development/coding experience, including Java / Groovy scripting and PowerShell.

• Integration Mechanisms: Practical experience with REST-based integrations, ITSM integrations, rules, workflows, and APIs.

• Problem Solving: Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

3. Functional IAM Knowledge

• Foundational Concepts: Solid understanding of IAM/IGA concepts, specifically identity lifecycle management, RBAC / ABAC, access certifications, and Segregation of Duties (SoD).

4. Language & Communication

• Language Proficiency: Bilingual capabilities (Español/Ingles or Português/Ingles).
  

Ideal Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)

1. Certifications

• Product Specific: Saviynt certifications (IGA Professional, Advanced, or Implementation certifications).

• Industry Standards: CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), or CGRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance Certification).
  

2. Cloud & Ecosystem Familiarity

• Cloud Infrastructure: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Ecosystem Tools: Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
  

3. Complementary Technical Skills

• Alternative Languages: Background in Python, native Java, REST APIs, or other scripting languages to supplement the core requirements.
