Position: Customer Experience Executive

At BEO World by MINDWISE, we are looking for a Customer Experience Executive to provide strategic support to our clients and partners throughout their experience with our programs, ensuring agile, effective service aligned with our service standards. The role involves managing special cases, providing timely follow-up on requests, coordinating incident resolution, and ensuring proper routing of requests to the relevant internal departments, promoting a positive experience and strengthening the trust of our clients and partners.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in: Business Administration, Communications, International Relations, or related field.
Native Portuguese speaker.
English Language: C1 level or higher
Minimum Experience: 1 year in customer service, customer support, or similar roles.
Preferred:
Spanish
Knowledge of CRM (HubSpot)
