SDR | BDR | Sales Development Representative (B2B Recruitment & Outsourcing) | Remote
We are looking for an Outbound SDR (Sales Development Representative) with proven experience in B2B prospecting, lead generation, and sales outreach, especially within recruitment, staffing, or outsourcing services.
This role is focused on generating qualified opportunities by engaging with decision-makers and identifying hiring challenges, operational bottlenecks, and growth gaps, positioning our services as the solution.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily outbound prospecting ( outreach, cold email, cold calls) to generate qualified meetings
- Build and manage target lead lists (ICP definition, companies, decision-makers)
- Personalize outreach using account-based prospecting strategies
- Identify and engage prospects based on business pain points (hiring delays, talent gaps, operational inefficiencies)
- Run structured follow-up sequences (multi-touch cadence) to maximize response rates
- Ensure leads are prepared and show up for scheduled meetings
- Maintain accurate and updated data in the CRM (pipeline, notes, deal stages)
- Continuously test and optimize outreach messaging, channels, and conversion strategies
- Maintain high levels of activity, consistency, and performance metrics
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Outbound SDR or BDR (Sales Development Representative)
- Mandatory experience selling B2B services in recruitment, staffing, outsourcing, or talent solutions
- Strong experience with cold outreach (, email, cold calling)
- Fluent or advanced English (written and spoken) — required for international communication
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills, especially in outbound messaging
- Experience with Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and prospecting platforms
- Highly organized, consistent, and results-driven
