We are seeking an
Application Support Engineer
to provide end-to-end technical and functional support for two enterprise platforms —
Specright / PDMS
(Salesforce-based) and
Interius
(Azure-hosted). This role will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, resolving incidents, maintaining data integrity, and supporting integration enhancements across both systems. Key Responsibilities : Provide Tier 2 / 3 application support for the
Specright PDMS
and
Interius
platforms, managing incidents, service requests, and troubleshooting data and access issues. Maintain and improve integrations between Salesforce-based and Azure-hosted systems; collaborate with middleware teams to configure, test, and monitor API and data connections. Develop, modify, and troubleshoot
Salesforce Data Loader
scripts for bulk data imports, updates, and migrations. Support supplier onboarding, user administration, and role-based access configuration. Collaborate with business and IT teams to analyze issues, validate solutions, and optimize workflows. Participate in integration testing, documentation of technical specifications, and maintenance of operational playbooks. Liaise with vendor support teams (Salesforce, Specright) for escalated issues and platform enhancements. Monitor system performance, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to continuous process and system optimization. Required Skills & Experience : 5+ years of experience in
enterprise SaaS application support
(Salesforce preferred). Hands-on experience with
APIs (REST / SOAP) , authentication (OAuth / SSO), and
data integration . Experience with
Salesforce Data Loader
or similar ETL tools. Exposure to
Microsoft Azure
environments and integration workflows. Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills; able to work independently in a global environment. Experience supporting
packaging, supplier, or product data management systems
is a plus.
