Descrição da vaga8 anos de experiência em engenharia de software; Proficiência em Python e familiaridade com Node.js e React ; Experiência prática com Microsoft Azure ; Vivência em chatbots, IA generativa e integrações com LLMs ; Experiência prévia em liderança técnica (Tech Lead) ; Inglês intermediário. Experiência com Microsoft Bot Framework ou Rasa ; Conhecimento em CI / CD e DevOps (Azure) ; Boas práticas de segurança em cloud e IA.

Buscamos um(a) Tech Lead experiente, com forte background em Python , Azure e integrações com IA (LLMs) , para liderar um time de engenharia em projetos de alta complexidade e impacto global. 🌍
Essa pessoa atuará no formato remoto, com idas pontuais (quando houver necessidade) ao escritório de Campinas, SP.
Responsabilidades :
- Liderar e orientar um time de 3 a 5 engenheiros de software;
- Definir a direção técnica dos projetos e garantir as melhores práticas de desenvolvimento;
- Projetar e desenvolver chatbots inteligentes e aplicações escaláveis;
- Codificar em Python , integrando soluções com LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, etc.) ;
- Trabalhar com Azure Functions, App Services e Cognitive Services ;
- Colaborar com times multidisciplinares (produto, design, DevOps);
- Conduzir code reviews e apoiar decisões arquiteturais.
