About the role
We are looking for a highly experienced, results-driven Digital Media Buyer to manage and optimize paid media campaigns for its e-commerce consumer brands, L’ange Hair and OFIR Beauty.
This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record scaling e-commerce or CPG brands through Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, YouTube, and paid social channels. The right candidate is analytical, hands-on, creative-aware, and comfortable owning campaign performance from strategy through optimization.
Key responsibilities
• Build, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, YouTube, and other paid social channels.
• Develop full-funnel paid media strategies for e-commerce/CPG customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
• Monitor and optimize performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, AOV, and CAC.
• Scale winning campaigns while controlling spend efficiency and budget allocation.
• Run structured A/B tests across audiences, creatives, copy, landing pages, offers, and campaign objectives.
• Partner with creative teams to brief, evaluate, and iterate on ad creative based on performance insights.
• Use GA4/Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Shopify, and ad dashboards to diagnose performance and identify opportunities.
• Prepare clear reporting and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Track paid media trends, platform updates, and competitive activity in beauty, CPG, and e-commerce.
• Support seasonal campaigns, product launches, promotional calendars, and campaign planning.

Qualifications:
• 4-7 years of hands-on social media advertising/media buying experience.
• Strong background managing paid media for e-commerce and/or CPG consumer brands.
• Proven experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, and paid social campaign management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage meaningful ad budgets and improve ROAS at scale.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort using GA4/Google Analytics, Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and reporting dashboards.
• Experience with full-funnel e-commerce strategy: prospecting, retargeting, conversion, retention, and scaling.
• Ability to write clear creative briefs and collaborate with creative/content teams.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable making performance-based decisions.
• Strong communication skills in English.
Preferred qualifications
• Meta Blueprint and/or Google Ads certification.
• Experience with email, SMS, push, or lifecycle marketing performance data.
• Experience supporting seasonal campaigns, beauty/CPG product launches, and promotional calendars.
• Familiarity with beauty, haircare, skincare, wellness, or consumer lifestyle brands.
