We invite an experienced and proactive Software Engineer with strong expertise in Swift / iOS development to join our team.
You'll play a key role in developing a new subproduct within our client's portfolio – a robust human capital management solution that streamlines HR processes, enhances employee engagement, and simplifies payroll, offering genuine value to customers worldwide.
3+ years of commercial Swift / iOS development experienceExperience integrating with REST APIs and backend servicesFamiliarity with mobile app architecture and lifecycleHands-on experience with version control systems (Git)Ability to work on ESS (Employee Self-Service) applicationsFamiliarity with unit testing and maintaining code qualityStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsUpper-Intermediate English levelProactivity, motivation, autonomy, and accountabilityDesirable : Experience with PHP, Flutter, Kotlin, and MongoDBFamiliarity with payroll or HR system developmentFamiliarity with CI / CD pipelines, deployment processes, and cloud services (AWS)Experience collaborating in distributed teams with English-speaking stakeholdersKey responsibilities and your contributionIn this role, you'll help develop and maintain mobile components of a robust payroll platform, collaborating with the team to deliver high-quality solutions.Build, maintain, and enhance mobile iOS features using SwiftEnsure successful integration with backend services via REST APIsWrite high-quality, maintainable code, including unit tests to ensure functionality and reliabilityCollaborate with team members to design features, troubleshoot issues, and solve problemsParticipate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code qualitySupport development of additional mobile functionality and ESS features as needed, using PHP, Kotlin, and Flutter What's working at Dev.Pro like?
