Role: Customer Service Representative Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $40,000 – $62,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits. Role Overview We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers. The role handles inbound queries across email, chat, and phone — solving issues quickly, escalating thoughtfully, and turning support interactions into loyalty moments. Key Responsibilities - Respond to inbound customer queries across email, chat, and phone within agreed SLAs - Diagnose issues, troubleshoot, and resolve problems on the first contact wherever possible - Escalate complex cases to specialist teams with clear context and customer history - Document every interaction in the CRM with accurate notes and resolution status - Identify recurring issues and surface them to product and operations teams - Maintain knowledge of products, policies, and processes through ongoing training Required Skills and Qualifications - 1+ years experience in a customer-facing service role - Excellent written and verbal English communication - Familiarity with CRM tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce, or Freshdesk - Strong active listening and problem-solving skills - Comfort working in a structured, metrics-driven environment - Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure What You'll Bring - Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in helping people solve problems - Clear written communication and a calm tone under pressure - Strong attention to detail and follow-through on every interaction - Comfort working asynchronously across time zones What We Offer - Fully remote, flexible work hours - Performance-based bonus structure - Annual learning & development stipend - Health and wellness benefits (varies by location) - Opportunity to work on high-scale, real-world impact projects Equal Opportunity Statement This is an equal opportunity role.
