Role: Data Entry Specialist Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $35,000 – $50,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits. Role Overview We are hiring a Data Entry Specialist to capture, validate, and maintain high-quality data across our systems. The role combines speed, accuracy, and a sharp eye for inconsistencies that others might miss. Key Responsibilities - Enter data into spreadsheets, databases, and CRM platforms with high accuracy - Validate and clean existing records to remove duplicates and correct inconsistencies - Cross-reference data from multiple sources to ensure completeness - Generate routine reports and pull lists as requested by stakeholders - Flag anomalies and quality issues to the operations lead - Meet daily throughput and accuracy targets Required Skills and Qualifications - Strong typing speed (50+ WPM) with high accuracy - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets - Attention to detail and ability to spot errors others miss - Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus - Ability to maintain focus on repetitive tasks for extended periods - Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace What You'll Bring - A systems thinker who breaks complex problems into actionable steps - Strong written communication and stakeholder management - Bias toward action and the ability to drive things to completion - Comfort working asynchronously across time zones What We Offer - Fully remote, flexible work hours - Performance-based bonus structure - Annual learning & development stipend - Health and wellness benefits (varies by location) - Opportunity to work on high-scale, real-world impact projects Equal Opportunity Statement This is an equal opportunity role.
