Role: Healthcare Recruiter Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $70,000 – $105,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits. Role Overview We are hiring a Healthcare Recruiter to source and place clinical and healthcare professionals. The role combines recruiting craft with healthcare market expertise — moving fast in a candidate-driven market. Key Responsibilities - Source clinical and allied health candidates (RNs, NPs, physicians, allied health) - Run full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer for healthcare roles - Maintain compliance with healthcare credentialing and licensing requirements - Build talent pipelines for hard-to-fill specialty and shift-based roles - Partner with hiring managers and clinical leaders on hiring strategy - Track and report on funnel metrics, time-to-fill, and quality of hire Required Skills and Qualifications - 3+ years recruiting in healthcare, life sciences, or staffing - Strong understanding of healthcare credentialing, licensing, and compliance - Hands-on with healthcare-specific ATS and sourcing platforms - Excellent written and verbal communication and candidate relationship skills - Comfort working in a fast-paced, candidate-driven market - Discretion when handling sensitive candidate information What You'll Bring - Strong interpersonal judgment and the ability to handle sensitive information - Clear written and verbal communication across cultures and seniority levels - A bias toward action and structured problem-solving - Comfort working asynchronously across time zones What We Offer - Fully remote, flexible work hours - Performance-based bonus structure - Annual learning & development stipend - Health and wellness benefits (varies by location) - Opportunity to work on high-scale, real-world impact projects Equal Opportunity Statement This is an equal opportunity role.
