Role: Graphic Designer Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $55,000 – $90,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits. Role Overview We are hiring a Graphic Designer to bring brand and product to life across digital and print formats. The role works on real briefs across marketing, product, and brand — shipping polished work without losing speed. Key Responsibilities - Design assets across digital and print formats - Maintain and evolve brand visual standards - Partner with marketing on campaign visuals and templates - Produce social, web, ad, and event graphics - Collaborate with content and product on visual storytelling - Manage assets and design libraries Required Skills and Qualifications - 3+ years in graphic design (in-house or agency) - Strong portfolio across digital, print, and brand - Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) - Working knowledge of Figma - Strong typography and layout sensibility - Bias for ship-able work over endless polish What You'll Bring - A strong portfolio that shows both range and craft - Openness to feedback and the ability to iterate quickly without ego - An eye for detail and a sense of when good is good enough - Comfort working asynchronously across time zones What We Offer - Fully remote, flexible work hours - Performance-based bonus structure - Annual learning & development stipend - Health and wellness benefits (varies by location) - Opportunity to work on high-scale, real-world impact projects Equal Opportunity Statement This is an equal opportunity role.
