We’re Hiring a Performance Media Buyer (Meta Ads) Build, optimize, and scale lead generation campaigns for real businesses. This is not a beginner role. If you know how to analyze data, lower CPL, and take ownership of campaign performance — this could be a long-term opportunity for you. At Next Level Growth, we help businesses grow through paid advertising, creative strategy, and performance systems. We work with industries like: -Construction -Med Spas -Plastic Surgeons -Health & Wellness -Professional Services We’re looking for a Media Buyer who can think, execute, and improve performance consistently — not someone who just launches ads and waits. This role is for you if: 1) You’ve already run Meta lead generation campaigns 2) You understand metrics like CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS 3) You know how to analyze performance and make decisions based on data 4)You take ownership of results (good or bad) 5) You don’t need to be micromanaged 6) You’re proactive and always looking to improve campaigns This is NOT for you if: You’ve only boosted posts or run engagement campaigns You rely on guessing instead of data You wait for instructions instead of taking initiative You make excuses when performance drops You struggle to explain your decisions clearly RESPONSIBILITIES You’ll be responsible for: -Launching and managing Meta lead generation campaigns -Setting up campaigns from scratch for new clients -Monitoring performance daily and optimizing for better CPL -Testing creatives, copy, and audiences -Scaling campaigns efficiently -Identifying problems and solving them quickly -Reporting performance with clear insights (not just numbers) -Collaborating with our creative team BONUS SKILLS Bonus if you have experience with: - GoHighLevel (CRM, automations, pipelines) - Landing pages / funnels - VSLs (Video Sales Letters) - AI tools for ads, copy, or analysis CULTURE / EXPECTATIONS We move fast. We care about results. We expect accountability. You will not be micromanaged — but you will be expected to perform. If something is not working, we fix it. If something is working, we scale it.
