Latin America Sales Manager


Location: Argentina or Brazil (remote with frequent regional travel)

Languages: Fluent Spanish and Portuguese; English required


Role Overview


We are the #1 smart pool cleaning robot company globally, leading innovation in intelligent outdoor robotics. As we continue our rapid global expansion, Latin America is one of our key growth regions. We are now building our local presence and looking for a hands-on Sales Manager to help drive this next stage of growth.


This is a high-impact, execution-focused role where you will work closely with distributors and retail partners to grow the brand, develop local markets, and deliver commercial results. You will play a key role in shaping our LATAM business from an early stage.


You will join a diverse, fast-growing, and entrepreneurial team where ownership, speed, and results matter. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building markets rather than just managing them.


Key Responsibilities


Commercial Strategy & Market Development

  • Support the execution of LATAM sales plans across priority countries
  • Work with distributors to implement go-to-market activities and sales initiatives
  • Assist in building annual sales plans and forecasts with regional guidance
  • Support market expansion activities in selected countries and channels


Distributor & Retail Management

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with distributors and key retail partners
  • Support onboarding and activation of new distribution partners
  • Assist in pricing alignment, promotions, and product assortment execution
  • Monitor basic sell-in / sell-out performance and flag risks or opportunities
  • Support in-store execution including product visibility and promotions


Sales Execution & Performance Management

  • Track and report sales performance across assigned markets
  • Support KPI monitoring including sell-in, sell-out, and inventory levels
  • Assist in preparation of sales reports and market updates
  • Gather competitor and market insights from distributors and retailers


Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams on order and delivery tracking
  • Support marketing and sales teams in adapting materials for local markets
  • Provide regular feedback from distributors and customers



Preferred Backgrounds

  • Pool equipment, home appliances, consumer electronics, or similar industries
  • Experience working with distributors or retail partners in Latin America
  • Exposure to B2B or channel sales environments is a strong plus


Experience & Qualifications Required

  • 3–6 years of sales or channel management experience in Latin America
  • Experience working with distributors, retailers, or sales partners
  • Understanding of retail or channel-based sales models
  • Fluent Spanish required; Portuguese (Brazil) is a strong advantage
  • Good level of English for internal communication
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Willingness to travel within Latin America

  • Consistent sell-in growth supported by improving sell-out performance.
  • Strong retail presence with controlled inventory and margin discipline.
  • Reliable forecasting and structured market reporting.
  • LATAM positioned as a scalable and repeatable growth region.
