We are looking for Oracle EBS AR / Billing Functional Consultant who wants to learn and transform his career. In this role you will: (responsibilities): Strong experience in designing, configuring, and supporting Oracle E Business Suite R12 Accounts Receivable and Billing solutions in Brazilian environments. The role requires deep hands on knowledge of AR and Billing configurations including customers and customer sites, transaction types, invoice and credit memo setups, AutoInvoice, accounting rules, revenue recognition, Subledger Accounting (SLA) mappings, receipts and adjustments, and period close activities. The consultant must be proficient in configuring Brazilian invoicing and tax related setups, including CFOP determination, tax classification codes, fiscal attributes, and NF e integration with fiscal partners (e.g., Mastersaf, Synchro) as well as supporting complex scenarios such as returns, exports/imports, and ICMS/ICMS ST. Provide day‑to‑day functional support for AR/billing in a critical AMS operation, ensuring billing continuity and fiscal compliance. Analyze and resolve incidents related to fiscal document generation, invoice creation, AR transactions, and tax determination issues. Monitor and support NF‑e/NFC‑e/CT‑e flows, validating fiscal statuses, identifying SEFAZ rejection patterns, and assisting in corrective actions. Support business users in operational activities such as invoice adjustments, tax corrections, and customer data validations. Execute functional tests, including regression tests Validate and maintain AR + billing setups, ensuring alignment with business rules and compliance requirements. Collaborate with technical teams to diagnose integration impacts involving Mandatory Skills Advanced English Experience working with Oracle Fusion Financials, specifically in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Billing Brazilian Localization . Solid understanding of Brazilian fiscal legislation applicable to AR operations: NF‑e, NFC‑e, CT‑e basics, CFOP, CST, NCM, and standard SEFAZ validations. Hands‑on experience in AR functional configuration: customers, sites, billing profiles, payment terms, invoice flows, credit memos, receipt application, and AR accounting. Experience working in AMS environments, supporting incidents, service requests, and small enhancements. Comfortable working collaboratively with technical teams Experience with EBS R12 upgrade or Implementation Oracle projects.s.
