Senior/Lead QA Consultant – Loyalty & Marketing Automation (Independent Contractor) - 6 to 9 months

As such, we seek innovative and agile people to support ambitious and forthcoming technological challenges About The Role We are seeking an experienced QA Lead Consultant based in Brazil, Sao Paulo to support a large-scale transformation program within the retail sector. The role is responsible for leading QA activities across multiple squads. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in complex, multi-system projects and is comfortable operating in fast-paced, cross-functional environments. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate QA activities across multiple development teams Own end-to-end (E2E) testing readiness , ensuring alignment across systems and stakeholders Oversee test data preparation and validation across systems Manage defect lifecycle : triage, prioritization, and resolution follow-up with dev teams Provide clear reporting on QA progress, risks, and quality metrics to stakeholders Requirements Direct experience with Zephyr Proven experience as a QA Lead / Test Lead in large-scale, complex projects Hands-on experience with E2E testing coordination across multiple teams/systems Solid experience in defect management and QA governance Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders in fast-paced delivery environments Experience working in Agile / distributed team setups Nice to Have Experience with CRM platforms and loyalty/marketing systems Prior exposure to retail or omnichannel environments
