We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our regional sales operations. This role is ideal for a strategic sales leader who thrives on building high-performing teams, driving revenue growth, and expanding profitable client portfolios in competitive markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive solution-based sales and account management across designated territories
  • Develop, execute, and own annual sales plans aligned with company revenue and growth targets
  • Build, maintain, and grow profitable client portfolios in line with the company’s strategy
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline updates, and reporting via CRM
  • Monitor sales performance, manage sales conversion, and consistently drive revenue growth
  • Recruit, train, motivate, and mentor sales teams to achieve and exceed targets
  • Represent the company at industry events
  • Build strong client relationships to enhance retention and lifetime value
  • Continuously assess sales effectiveness, costs, and results to optimize performance

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in senior Sales role within Forex, CFDs, or Financial Services
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating sales teams
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
  • Experience managing CRM systems, forecasting, and sales analytics
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Willingness to travel for sales events and client meetings when required
