Global payments company (PSP) is seeking a Senior HRBP Manager, with scope across LATAM, to lead the people agenda during a key moment of integration and transformation. The role will be responsible for leading the integration of processes, systems, and policies following a recent acquisition, playing a central role in structuring and strengthening the HR function while supporting business growth and performance, particularly in the commercial area.
This is a hands-on role for someone who builds structure where it doesn't yet exist and takes full ownership of outcomes in a fast-paced and evolving environment. The professional will play a key role in driving organizational effectiveness and contributing to a more scalable and high-performing structure.
We are looking for an HRBP Manager with experience in the LATAM market, ideally within fintech or payments, and a strong track record in transformation environments, post-M&A integration, and performance-driven cultures. The ideal candidate is a pragmatic and resilient professional, results-oriented, with strong business acumen, learning agility, and the ability to drive change while aligning different cultures and ways of working.
Advanced English is required, and Spanish is a plus.
