We have established a localized operation system in Brazil , focusing on providing end-to-end MRO industrial product supply chain solutions for Chinese-funded overseas enterprises and local large-scale manufacturing/energy/infrastructure enterprises. Core Positioning : Serve customers in Brazil's manufacturing, energy, mining, infrastructure and other industries, providing one-stop procurement, cross-border/local fulfillment, inventory management, supply chain finance and other services for full-category MRO (Maintenance, Repair, Operations) industrial products. Business Scope : Covering full MRO categories including tools, labor protection, electrical, hydraulic, transmission, chemical, and spare parts , supporting the dual model of cross-border procurement + local procurement , and realizing fast delivery, compliant customs clearance and credit period settlement in Brazil. II. Key Job Responsibilities 1. Development and Management of Local MRO Suppliers in Brazil (Core) In-depth development of local MRO suppliers in Brazil (tools, electrical, labor protection, hydraulic, transmission, chemical, spare parts, etc.), and establishment of a localized supplier resource pool. Responsible for supplier access, evaluation, negotiation, signing, maintenance and elimination, and building a hierarchical supplier system (head/potential/long-tail). Familiar with the price system, certification requirements (INMETRO), delivery time, credit period and payment habits (OA 90 days, letter of credit installments) of the Brazilian MRO market. 2. MRO Category Procurement and Cost Management Responsible for the full-category MRO procurement in Brazil, undertaking customer needs, and completing the entire process of inquiry, price comparison, negotiation, order placement, fulfillment, reconciliation and settlement. Formulate category procurement strategies, price systems and cost targets, optimize procurement costs, and improve price competitiveness, gross profit and inventory turnover. Analyze the supply and demand, competitors, prices, delivery times and policies of the Brazilian MRO market, and formulate category planning, commodity structure and stock-up strategies. 3. Customer Demand Connection and Solution Output Connect with local Chinese-funded/large-scale enterprise customers in Brazil, explore MRO procurement needs, and provide one-stop procurement solutions, cost optimization, delivery guarantee and inventory management. Coordinate the entire link of cross-border procurement, local procurement, customs clearance, logistics fulfillment and local delivery to ensure timely, compliant and low-cost delivery. Maintain customer relationships, improve repurchase rate, satisfaction and penetration rate, and promote large customer signing, project landing and category expansion. 4. Supply Chain Operation and Data Management Responsible for the entire link operation of MRO inventory, orders, delivery, reconciliation and settlement, ensuring healthy inventory, timely delivery, compliant credit period and fund safety. Track data such as sales, procurement, cost, gross profit, inventory and delivery time, and output weekly/monthly/analysis reports to support business decisions. Coordinate with JD Industrial's global procurement, cross-border logistics, digital systems, risk control and compliance teams to ensure coordinated, efficient and compliant business operations. 5. Compliance and Risk Management Familiar with Brazilian compliance requirements such as import tariffs, INMETRO certification, commodity inspection, customs declaration, taxation, foreign exchange and labor laws, ensuring that procurement and delivery are legal and compliant. Control supplier risks, price risks, delivery risks, inventory risks, fund risks and compliance risks. III. Job Requirements 1. Core Competencies (Must-Have) Local MRO Supplier Resources in Brazil : Must have local MRO industrial product supplier resources in Brazil (tools, electrical, labor protection, hydraulic, transmission, chemical, spare parts, etc.). MRO Procurement Professional Ability : 3-5 years of MRO industrial product procurement experience in Brazil/Latin America, familiar with MRO categories, products, prices, certifications, delivery times, credit periods and procurement processes. In-depth Understanding of the Brazilian Market : Familiar with Brazil's industrial market, customer structure, supplier ecology, price system, certification (INMETRO), tariffs, foreign exchange and payment habits. 2. Professional Skills Business Negotiation : Strong ability in price negotiation, negotiation, contract signing and supplier management. Cost and Data Analysis : Price-sensitive, strong cost awareness, proficient in analyzing procurement, cost, gross profit, inventory and delivery time data. Language Ability : Fluent in Portuguese (native/business level), proficient in English; fluent in Chinese is preferred. Office Tools : Proficient in Excel, PPT, Word and ERP/procurement systems. 3. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree or above , major in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering is preferred. 3-5 years of MRO industrial product procurement/sales experience in Brazil/Latin America; experience in local Brazilian supplier resources, Chinese-funded enterprise services and cross-border procurement is preferred.
