E-commerce Category Lead - Fashion

A leading global company in the digital commerce space is seeking an E-commerce Category Lead – Fashion to drive the development and growth of its Fashion category in Brazil. This professional will be responsible for defining the category strategy, leading key initiatives, and accelerating GMV growth through seller acquisition, assortment expansion, and strong cross-functional collaboration. The role requires a hands-on leader capable of operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, combining strategic thinking with strong execution to build and scale the business.

Mandatory requirements: Proven experience in e-commerce or marketplace environments, preferably with category management exposure (Fashion is a strong plus); strong business development and analytical capabilities, with the ability to translate targets into actionable plans; solid experience managing teams and driving performance (P&L ownership is a plus); hands-on mindset with high adaptability to dynamic and ambiguous environments; excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills; and fluency in English and Portuguese.
