We are looking for a Senior Front End Developer to join the Tech team**,** building the interfaces that connect machines, data and people in the field. You will work with the Product Area Owner (PAO), the Tech Area Owner (TAO) and the frontend team on the applications our users rely on every day to manage their operations.

At xFarm, frontend is not just a visual layer. It is a core part of the user experience and of the intelligence behind the product, and the technical decisions made here are aligned with business goals.

• 100% remote position based in Brazil
• Company headquarters in Italy, with global operations
• Fluent English is required, written and verbal
• At least 4 hours of daily overlap with CET working hours

Your mission

• User interfaces: design and implement interactive, dynamic and responsive web interfaces.
• Product roadmap: work closely with the PAO and the TAO to define and execute the product roadmap.
• Technology choices: take part in selecting and applying the frontend technologies and frameworks that best fit the product.
• Quality attributes: promote best practices in security, performance, scalability and code maintainability.
• Code review and testing: review code and cover your work with automated tests, using tools such as Cypress. Apply TDD as part of the delivery flow rather than after it.
• API integration: integrate frontend applications with backend services through RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Agile delivery: take an active part in sprint planning, dailies, reviews and retrospectives.
• Cross-functional collaboration: work with designers, backend developers, QA and the other engineering teams to deliver complete, business-aligned solutions.
• Team growth: support the development of the team by encouraging continuous learning and technical growth.

Requirements

Must have

• 3+ years of professional frontend development
• Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS and modern JavaScript (ES6 or higher)
• Solid production experience with frontend frameworks and component-based development, preferably Angular
• State management with NgRx or Redux
• RxJS and reactive programming
• Integration with RESTful APIs and GraphQL
• Authentication and authorisation with OAuth and JWT
• Git and platforms such as GitLab, GitHub or Bitbucket
• TDD and automated frontend testing
• Responsive, cross-browser interfaces
• Fluent English, written and spoken, at C1 or equivalent
• Based in Brazil and able to work remotely with at least 4 hours of daily overlap with CET
