Role Description

We are looking for a Quantitative Developer to design, build, and deploy trading systems focused on BTC derivatives (options, perpetuals, and spot).

This role combines quantitative modeling with hands-on system development. You will work directly with the investment team to translate trading ideas into production-ready systems and improve execution, risk management, and portfolio performance.

Responsibilities

Design and implement quantitative trading models for BTC derivatives.

Build and maintain production-grade systems (data pipelines, execution, monitoring)

Develop and optimize strategies considering real market constraints (slippage, liquidity, funding, margin).

Support portfolio monitoring and risk analysis (exposure, performance drivers).

Improve existing models and infrastructure to increase reliability and execution quality.

Collaborate with investment stakeholders to translate ideas into deployable solutions.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Python development (production environments)

Experience in quantitative finance, trading systems, or related roles

Proven experience building and deploying trading systems end-to-end

Solid understanding of derivatives (options, futures, or perpetuals)

Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and system design

Experience working with APIs and SQL databases

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Nice to Have

Experience in crypto markets (BTC, derivatives)

Familiarity with volatility strategies and options frameworks (Greeks, term structure)

Experience with cloud environments or containerization (AWS, Docker)

Background in machine learning or time-series modeling
