Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing support for Körber WMS applications, including issue resolution, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
  • Analyze and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and business impact.
  • Perform regular system maintenance, upgrades, and patching activities.
  • Customize and extend Körber applications based on business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain scripts or custom code to enhance system functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, IT, and operations) to support system improvements and enhancements.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Developer/Support Specialist working on Körber (HighJump) WMS solutions .
  • Strong hands-on experience with Körber suite products and configurations.
  • Experience in customization and extension of Körber applications.
  • Proficiency in scripting or programming languages relevant to Körber environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of system maintenance, upgrades, and support processes.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced support environment.
  • Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
