Training Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Planning, implementing and coordinating training programs for the dealership and control the Training area Budget;
• Defining Sales & After Sales Training Path for dealers;
• Monitoring and assessing the effectiveness and success of training programmes;
• Defining strategies and implementing New Product Training for Sales and After Sales dealers' staff
• Managing employee enrollment for training, schedule training sessions and organising the resources to facilitate training programmes

Requirements

• Graduation in Business or Engineering;
• Experience with training planning (Sales, After Sales and Product Lauching and automotive technologies);
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office package (mainly Excel and PowerPoint);
• Interpersonal Relationships and leadership skills;
• Intermediate English knowledge;
• Experience implementing training paths

Location and work-model:

100% on-site (Rochaverá building - near Shopping Morumbi).
